CYA Advisor ("the App") is a nursing incident-response guidance tool provided by NurseTechTools. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

• Scenario text you enter may be sent to third-party AI services to generate guidance.
• Admin-managed content (such as partner listings) is stored in cloud services.
• Camera and photo library access are only used for optional admin logo upload features.

• To generate nursing workflow guidance based on your submitted prompt.
• To provide app functions such as copy-ready note text and partner resources.
• To maintain app reliability, content delivery, and security.

Medical Data Notice

Do not enter patient-identifiable information or protected health information in prompt text. CYA Advisor is an informational aid and does not replace professional clinical judgment, facility policy, legal counsel, or emergency protocols.

Children's Privacy

CYA Advisor is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
